Relaxing/Anti-stress Massage:
This treatment will help you relax both your mind and body. Through different massage techniques all tension accumulated in different parts of the body will be released whilst the gentleness of reiki will calm the mind and give a sense peacefulness and happiness.
Length of Session: 60 minutes.
Balance and wellness Massage:
The stress we accumulate over days and months may create an imbalance on our body, mind and also at an emotional level. This treatment combines various massage techniques including aromatherapy and reiki in order to create a total balance. It also will help you feel more energised and full of vitality.
Length of Session: 60 minutes.
Therapeutic Massage:
This massage is deeper and focuses on specific muscles areas of the body where special attention or problems need to be addressed.
Length of Session: 60 minutes.
Reiki Treatment:
This treatment uses an ancient method that enables the channelling of “clean” energy in order to balance your body, mind and spirit. Reiki helps cleanse your body, chakras and energy channels providing a deep sense of relaxation, love and happiness. It is ideal for physical problems but especially for mental and emotional ones such as depression, anxiety and many others.
Length of Session: 45-60 minutes.
Reflexology Treatment:
In the feet and hands, we have reflex areas which correspond to all the parts of the body. By applying pressure to the reflex points on the hands and/or feet, the blood circulation is improved, the body relaxes and organs and glands become balanced.
Length of Session: 60 minutes.
Special Private sessions for one or two people:
At La Calma’s Wellness Centre you will also be able to enjoy private sessions where you can learn or practice different techniques such as meditation, yoga, pilates or Reiki that will help create a sense of balance, relaxation and improve your general wellbeing.
